They've got Jimbo Carter dissing the President and piling on Guantanamo.
They've got Senator Chris Dodd pontificating about the "privacy clause" of the Constitution. (You know, it's in the Article on Penumbras and Emanations, right next to the "separation of church and state" clause.)
They've got Howard Dean running around blaming "The president and his right-wing Supreme Court" for the Kelo decision, when President Bush has yet to place a single justice on the court, and when all of the so-called dangerous right-wingers on the court voted against Kelo.
Is the Democratic party this out of touch with reality? Or more importantly, do they feel safe revealing this level of ignorance to the American people, because they believe that the American people are this out of touch with reality?
