SURELY, AMERICA IS NOW VERY BLIND. EVEN IN HER VIEW OF THE RECENT HURRICANES, HER TOP OFFICIALS MERELY SAID, IT IS NATURAL. BUT THOSE WHO HAVE EYES TO SEE, THE POLICY OF PRES BUSH ET.AL. TO GO ON WITH DESTROYING OUR PLANET'S OZONE LAYER BY LETTING HIS FRIENDS GO ON WITH THEIR OZONE-DEPLETING ACTIVITIES & BY REFUSING TO COOPERATE WITH THE REST OF THE WORLD IN OUR EFFORTS TO CUT CFC EMISSIONS, IS COMPOSING PART OF THE BLAME FOR THE INCREASING FREQUENCY AND FEROSITY OF HURRICANES AND OTHER 'NATURAL' DISASTERS.
